Shipping & Returns
Delivery in Australia is free of charge. Your package will be sent by Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number once sent. We will endeavour to ensure delivery within Australia between 1 to 3 working days, depending on the area.
All amber chloe International orders are sent by International Registered Post at a flat rate of $25.00. Please allow between 10 to 14 working days for your package to arrive.
We do not accept responsibility for lost/stolen parcels once they leave our premises. Please note that the cost of the garment and the shipping do not include any duties or taxes payable at the destination country. Please research the cost of duties and taxes before you make your purchase as these will not be refundable by amber chloe.
At amber chloe we understand selecting the correct size and style online can be difficult. For this reason we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided the below criteria can be adhered to:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase date for Australian and New Zealand customers and 21 days of dispatch for customers of all other countries.
- Merchandise must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
- The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or return.
- We do not refund original shipping charges.
amber chloe will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:
- Are faulty (you will be required to provide us with a description of the fault via email firstname.lastname@example.org). Please note that garments damaged as a result of wear and tear, are not considered to be faulty.
- Have been wrongly described.
- Are different to the goods you ordered.
amber chloe will not be held accountable for the return of merchandise. It is highly recommended that you use an insured, traceable method to guarantee safe and recorded delivery.

Once merchandise is received within the timeframe specified above, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be credited back onto the credit card the purchase was made on, or by internet banking transfer.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been made.
amber chloe cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchange.
Customers are responsible for any return post costs.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different garment or size, simply place a second order for the item/s you wish to exchange. Follow the returns process above to return the incorrect item/s, once we receive your return, your account will be credited. If the item/s are not displayed online, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any merchandise on our site that may not be available to you at the time of your order is marked pre-order. The expected delivery period will be noted in the description of the Product. Please read the following pre-order terms carefully before completing your purchase:
- At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay the full RRP to secure your purchase.
- amber chloe does not guarantee delivery dates for pre-orders. The delivery time frames stated on our website are only an indication and provided to us by the manufacturer. We do not refund for late delivery.
- Standard return & exchange policies apply to all pre-orders.
Once an order has been received by amber chloe, you cannot change or cancel it. If you no longer require the item and/or have changed your mind, you must follow our returns policy.
